The vast amount of knowledge acquired during the loan process, is of incalculable value. When we asked for additional information and/or clarification, the explanations were provided in a timely manner without any hesitation. Ursula was AMAZING! She was patient and calm and walked us through all aspects of the loan process, what our options were, and answered all of our questions - even at odd times of the day.
